We are a small, mixed crew of engineers, support staff and product people. The work is collaborative but not drowning in meetings, and the problem in front of us counts for more than anyone's title. Since we operate in a regulated, money-handling space, we set a high bar on accuracy, security and treating clients fairly — and we look for people who hold that bar just as seriously.
