Terms of Service (Customer Agreement)

These Terms of Service ("Terms") record the agreement reached between you ("you", "your", or the "Client") and VirexaFutures Trading () ("we", "us", "our", or the "Company") covering how you access and use our website, trading platforms, and connected services (together, the "Services"). Read them closely. They form a contract that binds you in law.

1. Acceptance of these Terms

Registering an account, visiting the website, or making any use of the Services signals that you have read these Terms, understood them, and agree to be bound by them, along with every document they cross-reference (our Privacy Policy and Risk Warning included). If you do not agree, do not use the Services. Where you accept these Terms for a company or another legal entity, you warrant that you hold the authority to bind it.

2. Eligibility and age

Using the Services requires that you are at least 18 (or older, if the age of legal majority where you live is higher) and that you have the legal capacity to form a binding contract. You may not use the Services if you live in, or are connecting from, a country where doing so would breach local law or any restriction that applies to us. Where we conclude these conditions are not satisfied, we may deny, limit, or terminate access.

3. Account registration and identity verification (KYC)

Opening and running a live account means completing our registration steps and supplying the information and documents we ask for so we can confirm your identity, address, and source of funds. That check is part of our "Know Your Customer" (KYC) and anti-money-laundering duties. Until verification is finished to our satisfaction, we may refuse to open an account or suspend one already open. Keeping your login details private is your responsibility, as is everything done under your account. Tell us without delay if you suspect anyone has used it without permission.

4. Your responsibilities and accurate information

You undertake to give us information that is truthful, current, and complete, and to keep it current. Securing the device and connection you use for the Services is down to you, as is understanding the products you trade. You warrant that any money you deposit belongs to you, comes from a lawful source, and is not the proceeds of crime. Supplying false, misleading, or incomplete details may lead to the suspension or closure of your account and may be reported to the appropriate authorities.

5. Deposits, withdrawals, and fees

You can fund your account through whichever payment methods we offer at the time. Wherever we can, withdrawals go back to the same method and account you used to deposit, consistent with our anti-money-laundering procedures. We may charge spreads, commissions, financing or overnight fees, payment-processing costs, inactivity fees, and other charges. The specific fees, minimum amounts, and processing times for your account appear in our published schedule.

Where a deposit, withdrawal, or trade is in a currency other than your account base currency, we may convert it, and movements in exchange rates can change the amount you end up receiving. We do not take third-party payments; funds must originate from an account in your own name.

6. Leverage, CFDs, and the high-risk nature of the products

A great many of the products reachable through the Services — contracts for difference (CFDs) and other leveraged instruments spanning forex, crypto, stocks, options, and related markets among them — are complex and carry a high risk of losing money fast because of leverage. Leverage can enlarge your gains, and it enlarges your losses at the same speed; you can lose more than your initial deposit unless negative-balance protection applies to your account. These products do not suit everyone. Before you trade, be sure you understand how each one works and whether you can shoulder the risk of loss. Nothing within the Services is, or should be treated as, tailored investment, financial, tax, or legal advice; we offer execution and general information only. For a fuller account of the risks, please read our Risk Warning.

7. Prohibited use

You must not put the Services to any unlawful or improper use. Specifically, you must not:

  • take part in fraud, money laundering, terrorist financing, or any effort to conceal where funds come from;
  • take part in market abuse, including manipulation, insider dealing, or trading on misappropriated or non-public information;
  • take advantage of errors, latency, price-feed faults, or platform malfunctions, or run abusive, predatory, or arbitrage strategies that we reasonably judge improper;
  • deploy bots, scrapers, or unauthorised automation, or interfere with — or try to gain unauthorised entry to — our systems or the accounts of other users;
  • supply false information, open several accounts to game promotions, or act for an undisclosed third party; or
  • breach any applicable law, regulation, or sanctions regime.

We may look into suspected breaches, unwind or cancel affected trades, hold funds while we investigate, and report activity to regulators or law-enforcement bodies where the law requires it.

8. Demo accounts

We may make demo or practice accounts available that simulate trading with virtual money. Their purpose is learning and familiarisation, nothing more. Pricing, execution speed, slippage, and market conditions in a demo setting will not match live trading, and results earned on a demo account do not indicate what you would achieve live. No real money changes hands and no profits are paid out.

9. Intellectual property

Every piece of content, software, trademark, logo, design, text, data, and other material offered through the Services belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual-property law. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Services for your own lawful trading. You must not copy, alter, distribute, reverse-engineer, resell, or build derivative works from any part of the Services without our prior written permission.

10. Service availability and no warranty of uninterrupted service

We work to keep the Services running and available, but we make no promise that they will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or always reachable. Maintenance, upgrades, market conditions, third-party providers, internet or hardware failures, and events outside our reasonable control can all affect access. The Services and all content are supplied "as is" and "as available", with no warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent the law allows. We may suspend, withdraw, or restrict any or all of the Services at any time.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent applicable law permits, we bear no liability for any trading losses you sustain, nor for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses — loss of profit, opportunity, data, or goodwill included — arising from or connected with your use of the Services. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, such as liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

12. Suspension and termination

You may close your account whenever you wish, following our procedures, once you have settled any open positions and outstanding amounts. We may suspend, restrict, or end your access to the Services, with or without notice, where we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms or the law, where a regulator or court requires it, where fraud or a security risk is suspected, or where continuing to serve you would expose us to legal or regulatory risk. Once terminated, your right to use the Services stops, though provisions that should by their nature outlast it (including those on prohibited use, intellectual property, liability, and governing law) remain in force. We will return any verified balance left over, less any amounts properly due, subject to our anti-money-laundering obligations.

13. Amendments to these Terms

We may revise or amend these Terms from time to time to keep pace with changes in our Services, our business, or legal and regulatory requirements. When a change is material, we will take reasonable steps to let you know — for instance by posting the revised Terms on our website or getting in touch with you. The "Effective date" below marks when the current version came into force. Carrying on with the Services after a change takes effect counts as acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing law and dispute resolution

These Terms, and any dispute or claim connected with them, are governed by the laws of , and the courts of will hold jurisdiction, save where mandatory local law grants you other rights. Should you have a complaint, please raise it with us first so we have a chance to put it right.
